If you book a shipment on
Move-Commerce, you control where the information will go. Typically,
you will want to make the details available to the client, the
corporate account and your overseas agents. There may be a relocation
company involved or the freight carrier may need access to the
details. You have complete control.
You can also control access
to the status information - you may want the corporate account
to only see some of the status information whereas the overseas
agent may need access to all the information.
Updating the status information
can also be controlled by you - you may want to update all of
the status information yourself or you may want the overseas agents
to be able to update the status.
